According to Wu Shuo, Hong Kong Legislative Council member Wu Jiezhuang suggested referring to the mature model of existing companies going to Hong Kong for IPO to provide an innovative financing model for Web3. He also proposed to increase efforts to introduce foreign professionals and establish more innovative technology laboratories and incubators. Wu Jiezhuang emphasized that due to the limited size of the local market, Hong Kong needs to play its unique advantages of relying on the motherland and connecting the world, build a hub bridge connecting the mainland and the global market, and invest its development goals in the mainland and international markets. He also called on the government to take the initiative and organize the industry to attract foreign investment and absorb technology to promote the development of Web3 in Hong Kong and enhance the industry's international competitiveness.
