According to Foresight News, Yonhap News Agency reported that the Montenegrin court once again approved the extradition of Do Kwon, and the decision on the extradition was handed over to Justice Minister Andrej Milovic. Milovic has repeatedly expressed his hope that Do Kwon can be extradited to the United States, so the possibility of Do Kwon being extradited to the United States has increased.

The High Court in Podgorica, Montenegro, made the decision on Tuesday to approve the extradition of Do Kwon, saying the legal requirements for his extradition to South Korea and the United States had been met, said Marija Rakovic, head of public relations at the High Court in Podgorica.

Previously, the local Supreme Court rejected the decision to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea and started the extradition process from scratch.
