According to Odaily Planet Daily, Starknet issued a document on the X platform stating that it will release version V0.13.1.1 based on user needs. The focus of this upgrade is to significantly reduce contract declaration fees to 1/30 of the previous level, effectively reducing developer costs for deploying contracts on Starknet. The upgrade schedule is as follows: the Sepolia testnet will be upgraded on April 8 (Monday), and the mainnet will be upgraded on April 15 (Monday). Starknet reminds all users running full nodes to upgrade their node software as soon as possible. Currently, both Juno V0.11.4 and Pathfinder V0.11.5 support Starknet V0.13.1.1.
