Oanda's senior economist warned that if the US non-farm employment data is too strong tonight, it may trigger a stock market sell-off. The analysis points out that if non-farm employment exceeds 200,000 and the unemployment rate remains stable or declines, the 10-year US Treasury yield may rise to 4.80%, which could lead to a drop of up to 2% in the S&P 500 index.
