Foresight News reports that Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin tweeted, "The wrong AI development creates new forms of independent self-replicating intelligent life, while the right AI development designs exosuits for the human brain. If we only pursue the former and neglect the latter, humanity might permanently lose power. If we only pursue the latter, superintelligent human civilization will flourish."
