According to Foresight News, CoinDesk reported that Layer 1 MANTRA, designed for RWA, announced an agreement with DAMAC Group, a real estate group based in the United Arab Emirates. MANTRA will tokenize assets worth at least US$1 billion in early 2025. The transaction will enable investors to provide funds for DAMAC's portfolio companies across multiple fields such as real estate development, hotels and data centers.
