Once again, I see everyone discussing whether AI can handle some entry-level positions.
This inevitably causes concern for many newcomers to the workplace or those about to enter it. First, it must be clear that the development of AI is unstoppable.
In the future, companies will reduce hiring for entry-level positions, which will lead to a lack of these roles on the path to advancement, making employment more difficult.
There are at least two options left.
First, society's education should focus more on skill development, allowing students to graduate ready to apply for mid-level positions.
Second, individuals should become proficient in using AI, treating AI as an entry-level employee or even their own staff, so that upon entering the job market, they are already at a mid-level.
