Usual announces the launch of the 'Revenue Switch' mechanism, aimed at directly distributing protocol revenue to USUAL stakers. There are two activation conditions for this mechanism: first, more than 50% of USUAL must be staked as USUALx; second, it will automatically activate on February 1, 2025. Once activated, up to $5 million in revenue will be fully distributed in USD0 format to USUALx stakers each month. It is important to note that rewards are only available to users who continuously stake throughout the entire monthly period; withdrawing midway will disqualify them from earning for that period. Currently, the protocol has generated over $20 million in undistributed revenue.
