Rescuing a hippopotamus, helping Roman Storm, selling memes, what next? 🙄
The co-founder of Ethereum couldn't resist and got rid of 28 types of meme cryptocurrencies to donate the nearly $1 million he raised to the biotech charity Kanro.
📉 However, memecoins didn't appreciate it... For example, the price of DINU fell by 68% (oh, that hurt!), and JSHIBA fell by 38%.
The list of “affected” tokens included:
• 500,000 DINU ($13,208)
• 92,000 DOGE ($35,233)
• 80.47 billion JSHIBA ($21,466)
• And even 698,000 OMIKAMI ($27,895)
This generosity is not the first: last year, Buterin donated money to fight diseases and protect animals. He believes that cryptocurrency should be useful, and not just amuse us with memes.
📌As for me, Vitalik wants to be like Elon. True, "Max" has not been noticed in charity😔
