Ueno Chizuko, in the entrance speech at the University of Tokyo:
You must uphold the belief that "hard work will yield rewards" and have persevered until today. What awaits you in the future is a society where "hard work does not necessarily yield rewards." The reason you currently believe that "hard work will yield rewards" is due to the environment you have been in, where there are people encouraging you, pushing you from behind, mentoring you in front, and affirming your small progress.
There are also people in this world who have worked hard but received no rewards, people who want to work hard but have no way to do so, and those who have worked too hard and become physically and mentally exhausted... So, please do not use all your efforts solely to pursue personal victory. The advantages you have developed from a superior environment are not meant to elevate you above those who have not enjoyed the same resources, but should be used to help them instead. And, do not be overconfident, but rather acknowledge your own vulnerabilities and support each other.
Only the times can achieve individuals; no individual can achieve the times. All success is just right, and this is fate.
In the cryptocurrency world, whether you make money or not depends more on luck than on skills and positions, rather than so-called abilities. Always hold a sense of awe and gratitude.
