Warning! Fraudsters are disguising themselves as Usual Protocol in Google ads!
A new asset theft scheme has been discovered: fake ads in Google Ads imitate Usual Protocol, leading to phishing sites.
How it works:
Fraudsters place ads in Google Ads that look like the official Usual Protocol.
The user is redirected to a fake page that imitates a wallet, exchange, etc.
There they are asked to enter personal data (login, password, seed phrase), which gives the fraudsters access to assets.
Protection:
Check the URL: Look carefully at the website address.
Don't trust ads: It's better to enter the Usual Protocol address manually.
Use bookmarks: Save the official website in your bookmarks.
2FA: Enable two-factor authentication.
Updates: Update your browser and OS.
Report suspicious ads to Google.
Important: Never enter personal data on dubious sites! Be careful with suspiciously advantageous offers.
Spread the word!
