Have you sold all your coins yet?
Have you burned your account yet?
Have you deleted the app yet?
HAVE YOU GIVEN UP YET?
If the answer is still "NOT YET," then congratulations, you have won and are luckier than many, many people in the past few days. Recently, the market has sharply corrected, especially altcoins, causing many people to incur heavy losses or even blow their accounts. Surfing everywhere, I see many people cursing the market makers a lot. Some are messaging me, sharing that they lost all their savings accumulated over the year. I don't know what to say to my family when Tet comes...
Then I see people running everywhere trying to read analyses of the reasons for the price drop from "experts." There are announcements from the FED, then abcxyz patterns, this indicator crossing that indicator... The trend reversal crashing to 8x, 6x... blah blah. But no one is looking for information on the "Psychology" indicator.
In a bull market, it is normal to have corrections after having coins that have x2-5 or even x7-8; it’s as normal as us having to eat to live and must ... to maintain the species.
Many people have messaged me asking: Hey, can I hold this coin or that coin until the end of the season? I expect it to go x10 by the end of the uptrend.
I just said that the prices are already high, so it’s better to buy multiple times at different levels to get a good average price. Wait for it to drop and then buy in, that’s the best. Don’t think you can buy at the bottom and then it will rise straight up, but rather think that just getting a good average price is enough. Yet when it dropped 20% a few days ago, no one asked me if they could buy this or that coin. Everyone said it would drop further. BTC back to 8x, and altcoins looking for new lows, blah blah...
Everyone says they want to be long-term holders, but their mindset is that of a trader based on 15-minute candles. They want to buy in one go and expect it to increase immediately by x10, x100.
I have a small chat group where people holding coins gather. On the day when the entire market was in panic, altcoins returned to their old lows, and BTC was dropping without stopping. While the market was in chaos like the apocalypse, we were showing off to each other that we bought this coin and that coin at a low price. And for the past few days, while everyone was busy looking for reasons for the market decline, busy cursing the dealers and exchanges, none of us in the group said anything about coins at all. No one mentioned which coins they were holding, nor did anyone analyze this or that pattern. Do you know what we were talking about?
We ask each other how work is going at the end of the year? Have we met all our KPIs? What are we preparing for Tet? Then we share the happy and sad memories of each person. Because we are long-term holders, what we care about daily is work, life, and family. Not the green and red charts jumping up and down every minute. So we are very peaceful. Eating well, sleeping soundly, dreaming beautifully, not waking up in the middle of the night to check if we have burned our account. Because of that, sometimes the group doesn’t say anything all day, so I often joke that our chat group is the "Where No One Says Anything" chat group.
So, today’s post does not analyze abc xyz or provide this data or that data for you. It is simply a post sharing emotions and the mentality of our market. Sometimes I wonder, do people really know who they are, what they want, and what their goals are in this market?
Are you a trader or a holder? Do you want to make money daily in this market or do you want this to be a place to help your assets grow? Only you can answer this question. And only by answering this question can you succeed in this market. Don't carry the mindset of a trader while always claiming to be a holder. That will kill your financial future...
I wish you all much luck and may you soon find the path that belongs to you!!!
