Is it time to buy the dip now?
I believe there's no need to rush into buying the dip; we can adopt a strategy of buying heavily during big drops, buying lightly during small drops, and not buying at all when there's no drop to gradually pick up low-priced assets.
Currently, the market situation is that Bitcoin and Ethereum have support from spot ETFs and traditional large capital, so there are plenty of buyers at lower levels, thus they won't drop much.
However, most altcoins lack support from large capital, and once they start to decline, there are no support levels, mainly driven by market sentiment.
Recently, new coins on Binance have also lost their profit-making effect, with prices generally falling after listing, and the rate of price halving is getting faster.
During times of insufficient market liquidity and low sentiment, it is advised not to engage with new coin projects on Binance.
We should primarily focus on those projects with a long-term narrative.
From the current trend, if Bitcoin continues to pull back, altcoins may suffer even more.
Therefore, it is crucial to manage your position well and to keep some funds available to respond to the market pullback around Christmas.
