• Expect a local top around $110,000 followed by a correction to the $80,000-$84,000 area.
We could reach a high around the New Year and a low around Trump’s inauguration.
Filling these gaps before Trump takes the House will only make the parabolic move more aggressive. Consolidation before a bullish turning event is always good.
Whether we get this correction or not, I expect a parabolic move in stocks once Trump takes office.
Just like the ETF approval, most people will mistake the Trump inauguration event as a sell the news event and end up overtrading the news.
