Cash App provides a full Lightning Network experience, allowing you to send and receive Bitcoin to Lightning Network-enabled wallets for free

Cash App, Block’s mobile payment platform, announced that it now offers a complete Lightning Network experience. Users can send and receive Bitcoin to other Lightning Network-enabled wallets for free. This feature is currently not available to New York State residents.

According to previous reports, in October last year, Watcher.Guru tweeted that Cash App supports sending and receiving Bitcoin through the Lightning Network. Michael Rihani, head of Bitcoin product at Cash App, revealed that the feature is only available to Cash App customers in the United States
