Moving averages represent the average price (the average cost in the market), and moving averages also represent the level of K-line fluctuations, so moving averages are the market, with each level developing independently and without contradiction.
A moving average represents a level, and the highs and lows of each level operate according to the definitions of uptrend, downtrend, and consolidation.
When operating, only look at the level represented by one moving average, which is single-level operation. When looking at the levels represented by two moving averages, it is dual-level operation. When looking at three or more moving averages, it is multi-level operation (three levels are sufficient because three consecutive levels completely classify all current trends, and having more can become confusing and unnecessary).
