Community Announcement: Prom Testnet Update

Starting from November 29th, 12:30 UTC, the familiar Testnet Dashboard and Explorer will no longer be publicly available. This shift is tied to the launch of the new test environment, Prom Devnet.

Our two testnet stages immensely helped us shape Prom Mainnet and served as public penetration testing and low-level testing through various dApps that were available on Prom Testnet. Our testnet successfully withheld a desired high load that logically led to the launch of the Prom mainnet, maximizing the network capacity.

As our network continues its growth and development, we still need an environment for testing new solutions, running security updates, and optimizing the mainnet. Thus, these updates will be initially launched on the new network, so-called Devnet, that will be publically available as well for you to have an opportunity to participate in the testing of new features in the production-like environment as well. However, we limit the possible capacity of the Devnet to focus our resources on the mainnet development.

Although we have all the needed on-chain testnet data saved to track any point discrepancies and solve issues you might face, if you want to «snapshot» your testnet progress yourself, we advise you to visit the named pages to fetch the data for your personal use:
