A simple way to determine if your position is reasonable:
Ask yourself the following two questions——
1. How did it rise/fall?
2. Will it continue to rise/fall?
If these two questions start to frequently surface in your mind, it indicates that your position is too large. In this case, your emotions are being driven by the market, and your actions are likely to go out of control.
