Pi Network has kicked off a KYC bug fixing initiative to resolve the issues that users have been facing for the past few years. The Core Team is working diligently to identify and fix the bugs that are causing KYC applications to be stuck in a pending state.

If your KYC application is pending, please check your Pi browser now and click on the “kyc.pi” icon to see if the “Resubmit” button appears on the screen or is available to you. If so, click on it and resubmit your KYC application.

This time, please be careful to follow the instructions correctly to avoid being left in a pending state for a long time again. Here are some tips for resubmitting your KYC application successfully

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Pi browser.

Use a high-speed internet connection.

Take clear and well-lit photos of your ID documents.
