According to TechFlow, on October 21, according to on-chain data, the Tapioca Foundation proposed a settlement agreement to the attacker through an on-chain message yesterday, agreeing to provide him with a $1 million USDT bounty without any additional conditions.

It added that the amount was significantly higher than the general bounty ratio (10% of the stolen funds) in exchange for the attacker returning the remaining $3.7 million, and called on the attacker to contact the official by email before 4 pm (UTC) on October 22, 2024.

Earlier news revealed that the TapiocaDAO attacker had exchanged approximately 21 million TAP tokens for 591 ETH.
