[SDIC Power: Investing in the construction of the Inch Point offshore wind power project] According to Jinshi Data on October 11, SDIC Power announced that the company established a joint venture with Irish Electricity through its wholly-owned British subsidiary Redstone Energy, each holding 50% of ICOL's shares. ICOL is responsible for the development and subsequent construction of the Inch Point project, which is located in the North Sea region of Scotland and has a planned installed capacity of 1,080MW. The dynamic total investment in the Inch Point project is 4.166 billion pounds (including transmission projects), and Redstone Energy is expected to invest no more than 962 million pounds based on its shareholding ratio. The investment matter has been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors, and has been reported to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for principled consent. The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce will also need to perform the investment filing procedures. (Reprinted from: Jinshi Data)
