On October 7, the US Supreme Court refused to take up a lawsuit filed by Battle Born Investments over the ownership of 69,370 $BTC ($4.33 billion) seized from #SilkRoad, giving the government complete control over the seized funds.
The last time the US Government moved BTC was 2 months ago when they moved 29.8k BTC ($2.02 billion), of which 10k BTC ($594 million) went to #CoinbasePrime.
The US government currently holds 203,239 $BTC ($12.63 billion), of which 69,370 BTC ($4.33 billion) associated with 'Individual X' of #SilkRoad remains untouched in wallet 'bc1qa5' for 4 years.
