K33 Research analysts say Sui$SUI
(SUI) is of the opinion that it could be a rival to Solana (SOL) with its recent developments.
K33’s DeFi analyst David Zimmerman wrote in a September 18 report that Sui’s performance and architecture are different from Solana’s.$SOL
“Solana is usually the standout among Tier-1 projects, but SOL/ETH is up 6% since August, while SUI/SOL is up 115% in the same period,” Zimmerman said. On September 17, stablecoin issuer Circle announced the launch of its own native USD Coin (USDC) on the Sui network. Following this news, the token quickly gained more than 30%. This increase in the pair has also boosted other coins in the ecosystem. Cetus Protocol (CETUS) and Scallop (SCA), which operate on the network, have both seen more than 50% gains in just one week.
