◼️Total exports rose 5.6% year-on-year in August, finishing the ninth month of gains, well below estimates of a 10% increase and falling after a 10.3% increase in July.

◻️Exports to the US fell 0.7% month-on-month for the first time in nearly three years, as auto sales fell 14.2%. Exports to China, Japan's largest trading partner, rose 5.2% in August from a year earlier.
