Is it really 100% a good thing for the US to cut interest rates?
Let me briefly state my point of view:
After the US cut interest rates, there are two development routes. On the surface, funds flow into the financial market, bringing vitality to the financial market, but the biggest hidden danger is the reason for the US to cut interest rates. The US has more than 30 trillion foreign debts, and more than 1 trillion debts are generated out of thin air every year. How should these debts be repaid? What if they cannot be repaid?
Therefore, the interest rate cut is a good thing under the premise that the US can stabilize the national economy. If the debt is not fulfilled in the later period, the global economy may be washed out. At that time, let alone the currency circle, except for gold, it will die!
The US is currently under great pressure. Cutting interest rates or not is not the most important thing for the US. His pressure lies in how to solve these foreign debts. It may not work to simply start a war as in the past. Now is not the time for him to dominate alone.
So we should not focus entirely on the issue of interest rate cuts, but should pay more attention to how the US handles these foreign debts!
