- Former Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison (30) will be sentenced on September 24 for fraud.
- Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (32) has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
- Former FTX Digital Markets co-CEO Ryan Salame (30) is scheduled to serve 7.5 years in prison on October 13.
- Former FTX CTO Nishad Singh (27) and co-founder Gary Wang (31) have also pleaded guilty to criminal charges and will be sentenced on October 30 and November 20, respectively.
