According to Odaily Planet Daily, blockchain startups received $13.6 billion in venture capital in 2024, accounting for 4.9% of the total investment for the year. This figure is up from $10.1 billion in 2023.
Still, the amount is far below the record of $32.4 billion set in 2021. Analysts expect the crypto industry to attract more than $18 billion in venture capital in 2025, benefiting from lower interest rates and regulatory clarity.
