**Crypto Investment Surge Expected Among U.S. Private Investors**

A new survey by Barnes & Thornburg reveals a bullish outlook on cryptocurrency investment among U.S. private investors. The survey, which included 138 participants from private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and investment banking, found that 84% anticipate a rise in crypto investments over the next year. Additionally, 59% are more likely to invest in crypto funds now compared to last year.

This shift in sentiment is attributed to the growing institutional adoption of crypto products like ETFs and derivatives, alongside clearer regulatory frameworks. However, 26% remain cautious due to concerns over market volatility, fraud, and platform collapses.

Investors are also pushing for better returns and more favorable financing terms, reflecting a challenging capital-raising environment. The approval of Bitcoin ETFs by the SEC is seen as a significant positive development, potentially boosting confidence in private crypto funds.
