In addition, Trump called cryptocurrency a "very modern currency" and compared it to artificial intelligence. He also said earlier that he hopes the United States will become a major Bitcoin mining country. According to Arkham Intelligence, last week a wallet marked as belonging to the US government transferred $2 billion worth of Bitcoin to an unknown wallet address.
