Genesis has completed its restructuring and started distributing $4bn in digital assets and USD to creditors.

Key points include:

⚫ ETH creditors: 65.87% recoveries in ETH

⚫ Altcoin creditors: 87.65% recoveries

⚫ Solana creditors: 29.58% recoveries

⚫ USD/stablecoin creditors: 100% recoveries in USD

A $70m litigation fund is set up to pursue actions against third parties, including DCG.
