Odaily Planet Daily News: Kakarot, a zkEVM network based on Starknet, announced on the X platform that it plans to launch on the StarkNet mainnet in the fourth quarter. It is reported that Kakarot plans to build Starknet into the first DualVM ZK Rollup, supporting both EVM and Cairo VM.
