$SOL 🔥 Jito Deploys Restaking Model on Solana
Jito - Liquid Staking protocol on Solana announced it will deploy the Restaking model. This model will include 2 parts:
🔸 Vault Program: management policy for Liquid Restaking Tokens, support for all SPL standard tokens, authorization mechanism (Delegate), and penalty mechanism for fraudulent behavior (Slashing).
🔸 Restaking Program: Mechanism for managing AVS and operators.
Basically, the idea, model, and operation of Jito Restaking are quite similar to EigenLayer or Symbiotic on Ethereum.
However, SOL's capitalization is currently about 4.7 times smaller than ETH, so using LST on SOL to participate in Restaking will face many liquidity risks if the market fluctuates.
However, in the Bull market, Restaking on Solana will be very attractive with the battle for market share of protocols and especially the Airdrop opportunity for users.
