Trading volume on centralized exchanges fell 21.8% in June, continuing its decline for the third month in a row. 📉 Total spot and derivatives trading volume was $4.2 trillion, down from a March peak of $9 trillion, according to a CCData report.

Open interest on derivatives exchanges also fell 9.67% to $47.11 billion. Coinbase saw a significant drop in open interest of 52.1% to $18.2 million.

On the CME, futures trading volume fell 11.5% to $103 billion, reflecting reduced interest in BTC and ETH futures. 📊

Binance lost market share, falling from 40.4% to 31.2%, while Bybit, BitGet and HTX increased their shares.
