Attention Polygon Users! MATIC Era is Ending, POL Era Begins!
Polygon announced that it will replace the MATIC token with the new POL token on September 4! This exciting news represents a major milestone in Polygon's "Polygon 2.0" roadmap.
So what does this change mean?
* MATIC will no longer be the main gas fee and staking token. POL will take over this role.
* For MATIC holders, the change will be automatic. You don't need to take any action.
* POL will be the only token that can be used across all of Polygon's networks. This will provide greater unification and simplicity.
