On July 16, there was another spike in bitcoin outflows from the exchange with a total of 52K bitcoins worth 3.3 billion. Last time such an outflow from the market was on July 5 actually marking a local bottom, after which the price rebounded. This time on a rising local trend, it could be a sign of trend strength, a major player is accumulating a position.
