21Shares Fund has completed the S-1 Ethereum Spot ETF application and just filed it with the SEC.
Their fee is 0.21% per year and the stock code is CETH.
The deadline for funds to resubmit amended applications including fees is July 22. It is expected that ETH SPOT ETF will trade immediately afterward on July 23.
