TFH has extended the WLD lockup period, releasing 2 million tokens per day starting July 24, 2024.

The lockup period is designed to control market saturation, pushing WLD up 60% to $2.9, and despite the extended period, potential selling pressure remains due to the low float ratio.

The extended lockup period (80% of the tokens were locked up from 3 to 5 years) is intended to enhance the stability of the WLD ecosystem. The unlocking process will now last 4 years, ending in July 2028, with the vesting schedule extended to 2029.

Despite this, WLD continues to attract users to its network. Currently, more than 6 million people have an orb-verified World ID. This digital passport verifies the user's identity and facilitates access to the network.

There has been no change in the allocation of WLD tokens to verified World ID holders, with more than 211 million tokens claimed to date. This represents over 77% of the 275 million WLD in circulation.
