I recently read an article that made me reflect on my own growth process.

I used to admire big companies and big bosses, and I was willing to do anything to get into their circles.

But later I gradually discovered that these people and things that once made me in awe actually had various limitations and problems. This process is my journey of "de-worship".

When I first joined the big company, my major was not suitable, I did not have enough internship experience, and I even failed many interviews.

But I still persevered in preparing various materials, and finally got into the company of my dreams. However, after only one year, I chose to leave.

After quickly integrating into the environment, I began to discover the shortcomings of the system, the decline of the industry, and the shortcomings of my colleagues. I gradually recognized the reality and got rid of my previous prejudice and admiration.

Similarly, when I entered the Web3 field, I also blindly worshipped the big guys, believed in their opinions completely, and even dared not express my own ideas. But later it was proved that the big guys were not omniscient and omnipotent.

When you examine all people and things in detail, you will find that they are nothing special.

I found that when we are not strong enough, the most important thing is to recognize our inner "admiration for the strong" and admit our own weakness openly.

Only after experiencing being deceived, suffering, and hitting rock bottom, can we truly understand the nature of society, see the true colors of human nature, and complete self-awakening.

Therefore, the reason why we are not strong enough is because we are not weak enough. Only when we are forced into a desperate situation can we bounce back and gain enlightenment. Experience is precious, and we should not give up or avoid it easily, because every experience is linked together.

I like to listen to some outstanding people share their experiences, and I find that many great people have often experienced deep lows.

This shows that the real strong are not those who remain unchanged forever, but those who can stand firm in the ups and downs. We should respect the laws of this world instead of deifying a strong person.

The so-called "eliminating worship" means recognizing the essence of things and not being misled by appearances.

We need to keep thinking and understand the inner logic of things, rather than blindly worship them. This requires us to keep thinking and be sensitive to changes. Only in this way can we find our own way in a rapidly changing world.

The ultimate goal of life should be to constantly understand and shape oneself.

Making money and having a successful career are just the process and results of practice, not the purpose itself. We must always keep exploring and transforming ourselves, which is the path to true strength. #美国大选如何影响加密产业? #美联储何时降息? #btc
