According to TechFlow, Haruko, a British digital asset investment management platform, received $6 million in Series A funding, led by White Star Capital and MMC Ventures, bringing the total funding to $16 million. This investment will help Haruko expand to Southeast Asia and further consolidate its global market position. Sep Alavi, partner of White Star Capital, said that Haruko is leading institutions to embrace new opportunities in digital assets, and they are happy to continue working with Haruko. Oliver Richards, partner of MMC Ventures, commented that the post-trading part of digital assets that Haruko focuses on has been underserved, and they believe that Haruko has the ability to solve this problem.

Founded in 2021 by Shamyl Malik and others, Haruko provides comprehensive digital asset technology solutions for institutions, covering financial management, compliance and other functions. The company has rapidly expanded in North America and Europe, has more than 50 investment management institutional clients, and has offices in London and Singapore.
