ChainCatcher reported that according to Fortune, Mark Cuban called on the U.S. SEC to remove its chairman Gary Gensler at a crypto regulatory meeting, saying, "I don't believe Gensler has protected any investors in the cryptocurrency field or elsewhere. His approach at the SEC is to regulate through litigation. This means that it is impossible for cryptocurrency companies to follow clear rules. This can be evidenced by the fact that no company is currently issuing tokens for cryptocurrency applications."

U.S. Rep. Joe Neguse (D-Colo.), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), and SkyBridge Capital CEO Anthony Scaramucci were reportedly in attendance.
