According to Foresight News, Bitwise has released its market review for the second quarter of 2024, revealing the distribution of Bitcoin ownership. The report indicates that individual owners hold a majority of 57%, possessing 12 million Bitcoins. Fund or ETF owners account for 5.3%, holding 800,000 Bitcoins, while miners make up 3.4% of the ownership, with 700,000 Bitcoins. The report also highlights that only 1.4 million Bitcoins, representing 6.6% of the total, are left to be mined.
