PANews reported on July 11 that according to Cointelegraph, the bankrupt Terraform Labs is seeking to sell four of its companies to complete the $4.5 billion settlement agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and gradually shut down operations. The four companies are portfolio tracking platform Pulsar Finance, encrypted wallet platform Station, code-free decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) management platform Enterprise, and smart contract automation protocol Warp.
