According to BlockBeats, on July 10, The Block reported that crypto payment startup Kulipa announced the completion of a $3 million seed round of financing earlier this month. This round of financing was jointly led by Fabric Ventures and White Star Capital.

Kulipa is reportedly headquartered in Paris and was founded in 2023 to provide non-custodial wallets with the issuance of crypto payment cards. Kulipa can settle stablecoin transactions on multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, multiple Ethereum Layer2s, and Solana. Kulipa is one of the five blockchain startups in Mastercard's latest Start Path incubator program.
