To celebrate Binance’s seventh anniversary, Binance will launch a new limited time invitation event, where all eligible users can share a total prize pool of 700 BNB equivalent tokens.
During the event, eligible users can obtain a unique and valid referral link through the Event Page and invite friends to register on Binance to have a chance to win up to 7 BNB rewards! The more friends you invite, the more rewards you will get!
Event period: 16:00, July 10, 2024 to 07:59, July 24, 2024 (GMT+8)
How to participate:
Click [Join the event] on the event page to confirm your participation in the event;
Click [Invite Friends] and obtain a valid referral link through the activity page. Share the link with your friends and invite them to register a Binance account;
During the event, make sure that the friends you invite complete a cumulative trading volume of at least USD 100 in spot trading.
Activity 1: Recommend 7 new users and earn up to 0.07 BNB tokens
When a user (“Referrer”) successfully invites a new valid friend*, the Referrer will receive 0.01 BNB tokens and the friend will receive 0.005 BNB tokens.
*Effective friends refer to: users who participate in this limited-time event, register a Binance account through the invitation link, and complete a cumulative trading volume of at least USD 100 through spot during the event period.
Please note:
Each user can invite up to 7 valid friends to receive token coupons worth up to 0.07 BNB;
Each new user who registers through this event can receive a token voucher worth up to 0.075 BNB, including:
Register a Binance account through the referral link and complete a cumulative trading volume of at least $100 through Binance Spot to receive a one-time reward of 0.005 BNB;
After registering a Binance account, the new user can invite friends by participating in the event. If they successfully invite 7 valid friends, they can receive up to 0.07 BNB.
The rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event 2: The first 777 referrals can receive an additional 0.1 BNB token coupon
The first 777 users who meet all of the following requirements will also receive an additional 0.1 BNB token bonus:
Successfully invited 7 valid users (completed activity 1);
During the event, the total spot trading volume of all friends invited must reach 3,000 USD.
The first 777 referrers will be sorted according to the time they participated in the event (i.e. the time they clicked [Join the event] on the event page).
Activity 3: The first 7 users who invite the most valid friends can earn up to 7 BNB token coupons
The top 7 referrals who invite the most valid friends can receive up to 7 BNB tokens. The specific reward structure is as follows:
Please note:
Users can obtain rewards from Activity 1 and Activity 2 (or Activity 3) at the same time;
The rewards of Event 2 and Event 3 are mutually exclusive, and users can only receive one of the rewards from Event 2 or Event 3. If an eligible user is eligible for rewards from both Event 2 and Event 3, he or she will only receive the higher value reward (i.e., up to 7 BNB vouchers).
Terms and Conditions:
Users in restricted regions cannot participate in the Binance referral program as referrers or referees;
Referrers must invite friends through the invitation link on the Event Page. Other invitation links or invitation codes of users will not be used for this event. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this interaction. Spot transactions completed using sub-accounts will not be counted towards the trading task requirements;
Binance will use the real-time price of USDT spot trading pairs to calculate the USD value of spot or flash swap transactions during the event; if a specific cryptocurrency does not have a USDT trading pair, it will be converted to another token or currency with a USDT trading pair to determine its value;
Users must complete KYC during the event to be eligible for rewards;
Reward Distribution:
Activity 1:
0.01 BNB token voucher: eligible users must click the [Get] button on the event page during the event period. The token voucher will be distributed to users who pass the risk assessment within 48 hours;
0.005 BNB token vouchers will be distributed within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
Activities 2 and 3:
The rewards for Event 2 and Event 3 will be distributed to eligible users within 14 working days after the event ends;
Users can only receive one of the rewards from Event 2 or Event 3. If an eligible user is eligible for rewards from both Event 2 and Event 3, he/she will only receive the higher value reward (i.e. up to 7 BNB tokens).
Users can view and claim token voucher rewards through the Account -Reward Center;
All distributed token vouchers will expire within 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim the token voucher rewards within the validity period. Click Learn how to redeem token vouchers;
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for any participant who engages in fraudulent or illegal activities during the Campaign, including but not limited to registrations from the same IP or device, bulk account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, and any other behavior related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Based on Binance’s independent judgment, if the following circumstances are found, the user’s participation will be deemed invalid and the user will be automatically excluded, disqualified, and prohibited from accumulating benefits:
Any violation of Binance's Terms of Use and its compliance policies, as well as any attempted or confirmed fraud, whether human or through technical means;
Manipulate the results or fail to comply with the requirements and terms set out in these Terms and Conditions;
Users who provide erroneous, outdated, inaccurate or false information may be held liable for violating the authenticity of their ideas or written statements;
The use of any technical means for registration and participation, or any indication of the use of electronic, computer, digital, robotic, repetitive, automatic, mechanical and/or similar means, aimed at automatic and/or repeated reproduction of registrations (whether identical or not), will lead to the immediate invalidation of all registrations and participations of users who have used one of the aforementioned means or have pursued one of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or participations have been carried out using such means and for such purposes.
