Asset management companies VanEck and 21Shares have updated their S-1 registrations with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list and trade ETF shares on Ether (ETH). 📈

On July 8, VanEck amended its Form S-1 filing as part of efforts to obtain final SEC approval for its Ethereum ETF. 21Shares filed a similar form for its Core Ethereum ETF.

These amended statements are part of the final round of approvals required by the SEC before asset management companies can list ETF shares on Ether.
