Spot Ethereum ETF S-1 Amendment Due Monday, Will SEC Approve This Time?

Spot Ethereum ETF issuers will submit S-1 forms by Monday for the SEC to review again. Approval is expected to be completed in the next two weeks. Before approval, ETH prices face strong selling pressure.

Highlights:

1. Since the S-1 form only needs minor revisions, the SEC is likely to approve it this time.

2. The main focus is on the fees associated with these ETFs.

3. The price of ETH has fallen by more than 20% since the 19b-4 filing was approved.

As we enter the second week of July, all eyes are on the S-1 submission of the spot Ethereum ETF, which is expected to go live on July 15. In the last week of June, the SEC returned all S-1 forms to issuers, requiring them to resubmit and make some minor revisions. The president of ETF Store said that the revised content of the S-1 filing may arrive before today.
