ChainCatcher 消息，国际清算银行（BIS）发布了对希望持有 XRP、ETH、BTC 等加密资产的银行的新要求准则。在最新的要求中，国际清算银行规定银行对二级加密资产的总敞口不得超过其一级资本总量的 1%；任何单一的二级加密加不得占二级资产总持有的 5%以上。该准则预计于 2026 年 1 月 1 日前实施。据悉，国际清算银行将包括 XRP、BTC、ETH 和一些缺乏有效稳定机制的稳定币视为二级加密资产，以此来将二级加密资产与其他加密货币区分。
