On June 27, the "14th Big Demo Day" held at Hong Kong Cyberport came to a successful conclusion! This event was a large offline event hosted by Central Research, supported by Cyberport and 852web3, and sponsored by Zeepr, ANTO, and WealthPlan. The event brought together many well-known companies and experts in the Web2 and Web3 industries to discuss and witness the booming development of the industry.

Guests attending the event included Romeo, co-founder of Uweb, Finley Fan, sales director of SINOHOPE, Carl Leung, head of growth and partnerships in Asia Pacific at Scroll, Devin.H, founder of ODIG, Norah, co-founder of Zeeprlabs, csschen, team representative of Gameland, William Yang, co-founder and CEO of Rubbish, and business manager of ANTO.

Opening Remarks

Dylan, co-founder of Central Research, delivered a passionate speech. Dylan Lee first thanked Hong Kong Cyberport, 852Web3, Blockchain Association and other institutions for their strong support, and expressed his gratitude to all on-site guests, project parties, VC media friends. Dylan Lee said that more than 250 projects have conducted roadshows on Big Demo Day, and more than 400 projects have signed up to participate, based in Hong Kong and covering the world. In the past three years, the community has been actively investing in projects and providing a lot of post-investment work for these projects.

For this year's goal, we plan to empower more projects, including investment, resource docking, incubation, and other services that projects may need. In addition, we will hold a larger Big Demo Day event every month, and everyone is welcome to participate.

Keynote Speech 1: Depin Opportunity: Reshaping Business Model in the Web3.0 Era

Romeo, co-founder of Uweb, delivered a keynote speech entitled "DePIN Opportunities: Reshaping Business Models in the Web3.0 Era" at the event, and introduced DePIN in detail. DePIN refers to the use of token incentive mechanisms to deploy and coordinate real-world physical infrastructure and hardware networks, which are roughly divided into two major ecological areas: physical resource networks (PRN) and digital resource networks (DRN); Romeo also summarized and shared DePIN's industry advantages and development. The DePIN ecosystem has grown to more than 650 projects in 2023, covering six sub-areas: computing, AI, wireless communications, sensors, energy, and services.

Keynote Speech 2: Public Chain Development - Current Hot Topics and Future Prospects

Finley Fan, Sales Director of SINOHOPE, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Public Chain Development - Current Hot Topics and Future Prospects" at the event. Finley Fan shared with everyone the discovery and current status of the public chain track, and proposed SINOHOPE's innovation in the public chain track. SINOHOPE provides enterprises with a one-stop full-stack blockchain solution, including L1/L2 blockchain solutions, peripheral system suites such as browsers, faucets, developer websites, and basic DApps such as DEX, lending, IDO, NFT markets, etc.

Project Roadshow

ZeeprLabs

Co-founder Norah gave a detailed introduction to the development history, latest products and future plans of the ZeeprLabs project. They have accumulated a lot of user feedback and launched the latest generation of products, Zeepr V3, based on this. This product is innovative and adapts to the current untrent propel trading environment, bringing a revolutionary product form to the market. In addition, Norah also mentioned the progress of the project at the cooperation level, which has received more and more support from supply chains and partners. At the TOKEN level, they have also made more detailed and clear plans and improved the number of governance TOKENs.

With the launch of the third generation of products, ZeeprLabs' positioning has expanded from the Trading layer to the Trading layer, as an underlying Trading infrastructure, to better meet the needs of various types of users and provide more inclusive support for diverse Perpetual trading scenarios. Norah also emphasized that their market positioning is not just a perpetual deck, but an underlying trading infrastructure. In the roadshow presentation of the Gameland project, the speaker introduced the core technologies and concepts of the project in depth through vivid language and examples. The presentation emphasized that Gameland provides a modular Agent architecture and AI Prompt Roblox platform, which allows users to easily create, publish and play games, thereby jointly creating a smarter and more dynamic gaming experience.

ANTO

In the ANTO project roadshow, the speaker elaborated in depth on the cognitive and operational obstacles of investors in the information barrier gap of the crypto industry. ANTO took advantage of the situation and provided investors with a perfect solution. ANTO Fund Ltd and ANTO Capital Ltd jointly created a full range of financial services.

In addition, the speaker said that ANTO has obtained legal authorization for legal crypto asset transactions and financial business in the UK and the US. The core of ANTO's crypto sector is innovative exchange-traded funds that focus on ETFs. Effective profits are made through AI innovative product trading strategies and spot contract hedging transactions.

Finally, the core concept of Anto Exchange, the five major advantages of ETFs, four business modules, three main products and future plans were elaborated in depth. In the roadshow speech of the Rubbishme.me project, William Yang, co-founder and CEO of Rubbish, elaborated on the core elements of the project. They emphasized four key concepts: Meme, ERC404, NFT, and liquidity. Meme represents the attributes of cultural inheritance and variation, combined with hot spot propagation, while ERC404 is a widely used protocol on Ethereum, which mainly realizes the exchange between NFT and tokens. In addition, they mentioned that although the popularity of NFT has declined, it is still an important cornerstone of the metaverse and digital assets field, and predicted that there will be an explosion point this year.

William Yang further explained the positioning of the project. They are committed to creating a new NFT Launchpad platform - artsarena.io launchpad through the combination of Meme and ERC404. This platform is not only a technical product, but also a commercial application, which revitalizes some old NFTs and provides liquidity for NFTs, aiming to promote the practical application and liquidity of NFTs in the Web3 industry.
