According to ChainCatcher, .bit, a decentralized identity protocol under d.id, has announced the completion of the RGB++ upgrade. With the help of CKB's isomorphic binding characteristics, it has become a Bitcoin layer DID asset to serve the user identity needs of the Bitcoin ecosystem. This upgrade makes .bit compatible with CKB's Spore digital object protocol at the asset level, improving compatibility with CKB ecosystem Dapps and transaction liquidity. Omiga, a DOB asset trading market, will become one of the first second-layer network platforms to support .bit transactions, and will also be listed on major RGB++ trading markets in the future.

d.id completed a $13 million Series A financing in 2022, and its DID protocol .bit has nearly 100,000 registered users. In addition, d.id recently launched a new narrative direction of "Humanity Matters", helping users express their unique identity value through .bit and the achievement protocol Padge.
