According to TechFlow, asset management company Bitwise has revised its S-1 registration application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to list and trade the spot Ethereum (ETH) ETF on NYSE Arca. The July 3 application included a six-month fee waiver of up to $500 million, but did not specify a specific listing date.

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, Bitwise filed the revised document ahead of the July 8 deadline and is expected to start trading after the U.S. Independence Day holiday. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler has said the S-1 application could be approved in the summer.
